Al Khoei declares cursing and insulting of Omaris as Wajib

Al Khoei writes:

What is meant by “believer” here is the one who believes in Allah and his messenger and the last day and the twelve Imams (as), starting with `Ali bin abi Talib (as) and ending with al-Qa’em al-Hujjah, the awaited one may Allah hasten his appearance and make us among his supporters, and he who denies one of them then it is allowed to backbite him for several reasons: 1- It has been proven in the narrations and Ziyarat and supplications that it is permissible to curse the ones who oppose us, and that it is obligatory to disown them, and increase their insults, and accuse them, and slander them, meaning to backbite them because they are from the people of innovation and doubt. There is no doubt about their Kufr, because denying al-Wilayah and the Imams (as) even if just one, and to believe in the Khilafah of others, and to believe in myths such as al-Jabr and other beliefs necessities Kufr and Zandaqah, as mentioned in the Mutawatir narrations that clearly demonstrate the Kufr of the rejector of al-Wilayah, and the Kufr of the one who believes in the mentioned beliefs and similar other misguided beliefs.

Teacher of Taqi Majlisi(rh) does an open takfir on Aisha

Shaikh Muhammad Tahir Al Qumi ash-Shirazi(rh) writes:

What has been reported on the shortcomings of the enemies of Ahlulbayt (as) that evidences upon the Imamah of our twelve Imams (as) is that Aisha is a kafirah deserving of hellfire. It is a necessity of the reality of our religion and the reality of our twelve Imams (as), because all those who profess by the caliphate of the three (Abu Bakr, Umar and Uthman) believes that she was a believer and honors and respects her, while all those who profess by Imamate of the twelve Imams (a.s) profess by her being deserving of la’nah and Allah (swt)’s punishment. So when her being like that is established, the point is proven, because no one claims a separation (of Aisha from the issue).

As for the evidence of her being deserving of la’nah and Allah (swt)’s punishment, so indeed she waged war against Imam Ali (as) and there are mutawatir ahadith from the Prophet (saw) said “one who wars against you (i.e. Imam Ali) wars against me.”, and there is no doubt warring against the Prophet (saw) is kufr.

Nawasib, who are they and what are the rulings concerning them

Abu Ali al-Ash’ari has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Ali al-Kufi from al-‘ Abbas ibn ‘Amir from Ali ibn Mu’ammar from Khalid al-Qalanisi who has said the following: Once I asked abu ‘Abd Allah (as) What should I do if I meet a tax paying non-Muslim and he shakes my hand?’ The Imam said, ‘Wipe it with soil or against a wall.’ I asked, ‘What about a nasibi? The Imam said: Wash it (your hand).”’

πŸ“šAl Kafi Shareef V2,P360

Ahmad ibn Idris has narrated from Muhammad ibn Ahmad from Ayyub ibn Nuh from al-Washsha’ from those whom he has mentioned who have said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, did not like the leftover of a person born out of wedlock, Jews, Christians and pagans and whoever opposed Islam
and most serious to him was the leftover of a Nasibi.

πŸ“šAl Kafi Shareef V3,P10

Sheikh Yusuf Al Bahraini (ra) writes:

Where is the difference between disbelief in God and His messengers (s.) and disbelief in the Imams (a.), although it has been proven with certainty by the verses of the Qur’an and clear reports that the office of the Imam is one of the principles of faith (Usul-ud-Din)?”

πŸ“šAl-Hada’iq-un-Nadirah V18, P153

We have already clarified the disbelief of the opponents (Mukhalif) who are not among those who are considered weak and that they are enemies (nawasib) and idolaters according to the numerous reports, which are obvious without any disagreement and that they cannot be called Muslims unless one would also call the departed ones (khawarij) and their like-minded ones, who attribute themselves to Islam, that way.”

πŸ“šAl-Hada’iq-un-Nadirah V18 ,P148

It has already been narrated in our reports that those considered weak from among the opponents (Mukhalif) are among those, for whom one can hope that they will enter paradise, even if the verses of the Qur’an obviously prove that they are among those whose affairs are left to God, but according to the outward appearance of a lot of tradition, the end of their affairs will be in paradise.”

πŸ“šAl-Hada’iq-un-Nadirah V1, P86

Those who are considered as weak are those who form the majority of the people to this day, as can be seen from the reports, and as we have already mentioned, this refers to those who neither recognize nor oppose.”

πŸ“šAl-Hada’iq-un-Nadirah V10, P446

Sulaim Ibn Qais reported that he asked Imam Ali (a.): “O Commander of the Believers, have you seen him who stopped and did not emulate you and did not take you as enemies and did not set up (Nasib) enmity towards you and was not a fanatic and did not come into your proximity (Wilayah) and did not distance himself (Bara’ah) from your enemies and said: “I do not know.” While he was sincere?” He said: “These do not belong to the 73 groups. By the 73 groups, the Messenger (s.) meant only the rebellious and the ones who set up (Nasib) enmity, who publicly displayed themselves and called for their religion. One group of them follows the religion of the Most Merciful and the other 72 follow the religion of Satan and are close to the one who accepted them and renounce the one who opposed them.”

πŸ“šKitab Sulaim, P170

Ishaq Ibn Ammar reported that Imam As-Sadiq (a.) said: “The property of the enemy (Nasibi) and all his possessions are allowed to you, except his wife, because the union (Nikah) of the associates (Mushrik) is valid and for this reason the messenger of God (s.) said: “Do not revile the associates (Mushrik), because all people have an union (Nikah)”. If I were not afraid that a man of yours might be killed by a man of them, one of you being better than thousands of their men, I would order you to kill them, but this is the matter of the Imam.”

πŸ“šAl-Hada’iq-un-Nadirah V18 P155 – 156

Abu Basir reported that Imam As-Sadiq (a.) said:“O Abu Muhammad, it seems to me as if I see the Riser (Qa’im) in the prayer house of Sahlah staying with his people and relatives.” I said: “Is it his abode, my life be sacrificed to you? He said: “Yes, there was also the abode of Enoch and Abraham, the confidant of the Most Merciful (a.) and God sent no prophet except that he prayed there in. In it was the abode of Al-Khidr, and he who dwells therein is like him who dwells in the tent of the Messenger, and there is neither a believing man nor a believing woman, except that their hearts longs for it. I said: “My life be sacrificed to you, does the Riser (Qa’im) always dwell therein? He said: “Yes.” I said: “But who after him?” He said: “It is the same after him until the end of the creation.” I said: “What happens to those who are under his protection? He said: “He makes peace with them just as the Messenger made peace with them, and they pay the tribute (Jizyah) in a meek manner. I said: “Even if one is a shower (Nasib) of animosity towards you? He said: “No, O Abu Muhammad! the one who departed from us has no part in turning (Dawlah) in favour to us. God allowed us to shed their blood with Rising of our Rising one (Qa’im), but today this is forbidden (haram) to both to us and you, so do not be decieved by anyone. When our Rising one (Qa’im) rises up, he avenges for God and His Messenger (s.) and for all of us.”

The rejectors of Imam Ali(as)

Chapter-Punishment of the one who doubts Imam Ali(as)

From Ali Bin Abdullah, from Musa Bin Sa’adan, from Abdullah Bin Al Qasim Al Hazramy, from Al Mufazzal Bin Umar, It has been narrated from Abu Abdullah(as) having said: ‘Abu Ja’far(as)  said: ‘Allah(swt)  Mighty and Majestic Made Ali(as) as a Flag in between Him(swt)  and His creatures. There is no Flag in between Him and them apart from him. The one who follows Him would  be a Believer, and the one who fights against him would be an Infidel, and the one who doubts in him would  be a Polytheist’.

It has been narrated from Muhammad son of Ja’far , from his father(as)  having said: ‘Ali(as)  is the Door of Guidance. The one who opposes him(as)  is an Infidel, and the one who rejects him would enter the Fire’.

‘I heard Abu Ja’far(as) saying: ‘Rasool-Allah(saw)  said: ‘The neglecters of the Wilayah of Ali(as) , and the deniers of his(as)  merits, and the manifester of enmity to Him , are outside from Al-Islam – the one from among them who dies upon that’.

From Ibn Umar Al Armany, from Al Hassan Bin Ali Bin Abu Hamza Al Bata’iny, from Al Husayn Bin Abu Al A’la who said, I heard Abu Abdullah(as)  saying: ‘Even if all the ones who are in the earth were to fight against Ali(as) , Allah(swt) would Enter (All of them) into the Fire’.

Jealousy of Aisha(la)

Narrated `Aisha:

I did not feel jealous of any of the wives of the Prophet (s) as much as I did of Khadija{AS}(although) she died before he married me, for I often heard him mentioning her, and Allah had told him to give her the good tidings that she would have a palace of Qasab (i.e. pipes of precious stones and pearls in Paradise), and whenever he slaughtered a sheep, he would send her women-friends a good share of it.

Narrated `Aisha:

I did not feel jealous of any of the wives of the Prophet (s) as much as I did of Khadija{as}though I did not see her, but the Prophet (s)used to mention her very often, and when ever he slaughtered a sheep, he would cut its parts and send them to the women friends of Khadija. When I sometimes said to him, "(You treat Khadija in such a way) as if there is no woman on earth except Khadija," he would say, "Khadija was such-and-such, and from her I had children."

Narrated 'Aisha:

Once Hala bint Khuwailid, Khadija's sister, asked the permission of the Prophet (s) to enter. On that, the Prophet (s)remembered the way Khadija used to ask permission, and that upset him. He said, "O Allah! Hala!" So I became jealous and said, "What makes you remember an old woman amongst the old women of Quraish an old woman (with a teethless mouth) of red gums who died long ago, and in whose place Allah has given you somebody better than her?"

πŸ“šSahih Al Bukhari V5,P97-99

Fate of Ibn Muljam(la)

Muhammad Ibn Yahya reported of Ali Ibn Hasan, who reported of Ali Ibn Ibrahim Al-Uqaili, who said in a retracing manner (Marfu’): He said: “When Ibn Muljam had committed the attack on the Commander of the Faithful (a.), he said to Hasan (a.): “My son, if i die, then execute Ibn Muljam and raise him a grave in Kunasah. Throw him in there. Thus it is one of the valleys of hell.” Al-Uqaili described that the place is located at the gate Taq-ul-Mahamil. It is a place for roasting meat and selling heads.

Sheikh Al Majlisi comments:

It may be that it became one of the valleys of hell only because it serves as a burial place for that monster. May God curse him for all eternity.”

The reward for smashing the nawasib

From Abu Muhammad (as): J'afar ibn Muhammad (as) said: Whoever is dedicated to smash (defeat) the nawasib away from our poor shias, supporters of us, Ahl al-Bayt(as) [he] smashes them (nawasib) away, discloses their humiliating facts, and discloses their defects, [such person] values the command of Muhammad and His Progeny (as). Allah commands the angels of the paradise to build for him palaces and houses, he (the angels) uses his words (of such person) in his arguments against the enemies of Allah more than the number of the properties of the people of the world, the power of each one (angel) has priority to carry the heavens and the earth. How many palaces! How many blessings! How many palaces! No one knows it's amount except the Lord of the worlds.

Are Zayidis believers?

Umar Ibn Yazid reported that he asked Imam As-Sadiq (as): What is the case with giving alms to the enemy (Nasibi) and zaidiyya?” He said: “Don’t give them anything and if it is possible for you, don’t give them water.” He said: “Zaidiyya are the enemies (Nussab).”

What will happen with omaris who do not know The Imams?

Chapter on obligation to obey The Imams(as)

Hadith#11

Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Salih ibn al-Sindi from Ja’far ibn Bashir from abu Salma who has said that I heard Imam abu ‘Abdallah say the following.

“We are the ones obedience to whom is obligatory by the commands of Allah. People have no other choice except to know us and they will not be excused for not knowing us. Those who know us are the true believers and those who would refuse to acknowledge our Divine authority are unbelievers. Those who would not know us and would not acknowledge us are straying and lost until they return to guidance and affirm the fact that Allah has made obedience to us obligatory. But if they would die in their straying condition Allah will deal with the way He would will.”

Muhammad Salih Al-Mazandarani writes: “People can be divided into three kinds. The first type recognizes the guardianship (Wilayah) of the Imams while believing in God and His Messenger (saw). The second type rejects their guardianship (Wilayah) while they have disbelief in God and His Messenger (saw) because they reject the most powerful thing that the Messenger (saw)brought to them and a principle of his principles. The third kind does not recognize their guardianship (Wilayah) and does not deny it while they are in error. The position of each one of the first two species is obvious, but as for the last species, it is subject to the will of God, if this one does not turn back to the leadership , by which is meant obedience to the Imam.”
